color spot: sky blue.
Living in Wisconsin requires a certain flexibility when it comes to weather. For example, in this week alone, it was near 90 degrees on Monday, and the low tonight is supposed to be in the 30s. (Wha??) But, when I remember all the beauty that comes with having four seasons, it makes it a little more manageable. (I also remember the fun of having four seasons to dress for – summer sundresses vs. winter scarves and hats, for example!)
In today’s Color Spot, I chose sky blue: it takes many forms in my daily outdoor experiences. Blue has such a calming effect, and I think these photos capture the range from the pale blue of fall to the deep blue of a winter sunset. Pretty lovely, I’d say.
